I think the food triangle is easer to understand.

i think bowling is a life time sport because when you learn it you can play it for the rest of your life unless you forget.

I liked creating a dance.i thought it was fun but really hard but i think we should do it again nexts year.I think working by yourself whould of been better because you had to listien to the other people in your group and if you didnt like the dance because some people dont like the other moves. i had lower peodometer scores, i think i had them because you dont run around as much as you would in a game of soccer.

my favorite is tae kwon do beacause it teachs you self defence so you can defend myself on the street. also its a fun art that helps make new friends and - stress.

chungs blackbelt academy i also love martial arts. i know tae-kwon-do, kung-fu, karate, tai-chi, and i use a bow staff. Chungs blackbelt academy is a tae-kwon-do place and i think its a great place but i'm the only personi know there so i would like if some people i know come there .Also they said that to get a blackbelt i have to cut my hair but i'll just drop out before i test for my blackbelt cause am not cutting my hair.

I had a goodsummer vacation. It wasn't great because one day at my cottage, we went on are boat with are cousins and there was a big storm and we got caught in the middle of it. There were 10 foot waves and it was pouring rain out. Luckly the waves slowed down and we got to shore. I was never so happy to see land. :). When we got back to our cottage we found out that there was7 water spouts, which are tornados that are on water came across the water and one came on land and blew away a huge tent the the nighbers set up because that night they were going to have a party with fireworks.But besides that my summer was fine.
